Steady Start with a Challenging Finish Noel Shanks maintained a strong start during the 2025 Boulderthon 10K, opening with an impressive 8:45 min/mile. Noel showed consistency in the first half, clocking 8:37 min/mile at the second mile and an 8:56 min/mile split for the third. This pace placed her comfortably, ranking 120th among female runners and 14th within her division. In the latter half, Noel experienced a slowdown, with times increasing to 9:58 and 10:03 min/mile for miles four and five, respectively. Despite these slower splits, she managed to improve her overall position to 214th among female runners by the end of the race.
