Consistent Steady Effort Throughout the Race Ryan maintained a consistent pace in the Boulderthon 10K, starting strong with an impressive 8:41 min/mile for the first mile. However, there was a gradual slow down with the second mile clocking in at a 9:23 min/mile pace. Throughout the race, each mile's split pace incrementally increased, finishing with a 10:41 min/mile in the last mile. The overall completion time was 1:01:45 with an average pace of 9:57 min/mile.
