Consistent Start, Slower Finish Destiny Nwoko exhibited a promising start in the 2025 Boulderthon 10K with steady initial splits of 11:03 min/mile for the first two miles. Her consistent pace placed her 111th in the F20-24 division for both splits. Her pace began to slow slightly after the second mile, with the 3rd mile split registering at 12:25 min/mile, yet she maintained her placing in the division. In the last half of the race, Destinys pace decreased further to over 14 minutes per mile in the fourth and fifth splits. This contributed to her overall pace of 12:55 min/mile by the end of the 10K. Her final ranking was 129th in her division, and she completed the race in 1:20:07. Working on maintaining her early pace throughout the later miles could enhance her performance in future races.
