Impressive Pace Acceleration in Final Splits Lisa Donaldson's performance at the 2025 Boulderthon 10K showcased a remarkable acceleration in pace throughout the race. Initially, Lisa maintained a steady pace of 17:43 min/mile for the first two miles, holding steady at 1884th overall and 1150th among women. However, a significant improvement in splits 3 through 6 saw substantial progress in her placings and pace. Her split times notably dropped to 5:02 min/mile from mile 3, significantly boosting her standing. Lisa completed the race with an elapsed time of 57:35, averaging a 9:17 min/mile pace overall. She finished 11th in her F50-54 division, 190th among women, and 481st overall out of 2428 participants. Her consistent pace reduction through the latter part of the race was a key strength.
