Strong Start with Consistent Effort Catherine Liggett began her race at the Boulderthon with a strong 6:49 first mile, the fastest split of the day and securing 7th place in her age division. Her pace then settled as she adjusted, averaging 7:24 to 7:49 min/mile across the mid-section of the race, finishing the final mile with a solid 7:36. Her overall elapsed pace of 7:37 min/mile is commendable and demonstrates her ability to maintain a consistent rhythm. In terms of placement, Catherine consistently held within the top 30% of her age division F25-29 throughout the race. Although her splits fluctuated slightly, particularly mile 11 with a slower 8:28 pace, she responded well in the following mile, showing resilience.
