Strong Finish with Consistent Pacing Emily Boland completed the 2025 Boulderthon Half Marathon with a total time of 1:40:14, achieving a steady pace of 7:39 min/mile. Starting with an opening mile at 8:15 min/mile, she showed remarkable improvement with consistent pacing throughout, hitting the fastest mile at 7:11 min/mile during mile 12. Emily finished 3rd in her F15-19 age division out of a large field of competitors, placing 382nd overall and 100th among women out of 6,546 participants. Compared to her previous year's performance, Emily significantly improved her overall time by 6 minutes and 25 seconds. Her ability to progressively quicken her pace in the latter part of the race is noteworthy. To build upon this result, focusing on early race pacing could further enhance her performance.
