Fluctuating Paces with Strong Finishes Taragon Peressini completed the 2025 Boulderthon Half Marathon in an overall time of 2:41:46, averaging a pace of 12:20 min/mile. Starting with a solid pace of 10:36 min/mile, the second mile saw a slight slow down to 11:04 min/mile. The fourth mile marked the slowest split at 17:30 min/mile, likely influenced by any increased elevation or other factors. Notably, Taragon managed a strong finish, clocking two sub-12-minute miles at miles 9 and 13 with paces of 9:23 and 12:05 min/mile, respectively, showing excellent resilience towards the end of the race. Consistency was key, as shown in the middle miles, where Taragon maintained a pace near the 12-minute mark despite changes in overall rankings. The race saw improvements in the final mile, aiding in placing 392nd in the F30-34 division at the finish.
