Strong Start, Fluctuating Mid-Race: A Balanced Approach Lia Lambert started the 2025 Boulderthon with a strong pace of 9:30 min/mile during the first mile, securing positions 1837 overall, 791 in gender, and 152 in her division. The second mile showed an improvement with a quicker pace of 8:49 min/mile. Miles 4 and 5 displayed notable variance; during mile 4, the pace dropped significantly to 13:54 min/mile, whereas mile 5 recorded the fastest split at 6:37 min/mile, boosting her position to 1241 overall. In the latter part of the race, miles 6 through 13 demonstrated gradual pace slowdowns.
