Consistent Start, Slight Fade Jarrad maintained a consistent pace from the beginning, clocking 6:00 min/mile for the first two miles, achieving a commendable rank of 6th in his division by the second mile. His performance started strong, showcasing his capability to maintain a steady pace early on. Over the first 5 miles, Jarrad kept a solid sub-6:30 min/mile pace, demonstrating his endurance and strategic race management. In the latter half, Jarrad's splits slightly increased from 6:37 in mile 6 to 6:53 in mile 13. This increase, while minor, resulted in a drop from 6th to 14th in his division by the end. Covering the half marathon distance in 1:25:58, his overall pace was a consistent 6:33 min/mile.
