Consistent Splits with a Strong Pace Recovery Isaiah Williams, running for ZFT Run Club, completed the 2025 Boulderthon Half Marathon in a total time of 2:51:08, averaging a pace of 13:03 min/mile over the 13.1-mile course. Isaiah showed a strong start with a steady pace, clocking an 11:32 min/mile for the first mile, followed by consistent splits around 11:30 min/mile for the next few miles, such as an 11:09 min/mile at the second mile. He reached the 5-mile mark at an 11:39 min/mile overall pace but experienced slower splits as the race progressed. A notable recovery was seen at the 9th mile, where he improved to a split pace of 11:10 min/mile, reflecting his capability to regain momentum. Although Isaiah's pace slowed towards the later miles, his 10th and 11th miles demonstrated determination to push through with split paces over 16 minutes, which could be targeted for improvement in future races. Overall, his results show a respectable performance.
