Consistent Effort with Moments of Strong Splits Frankie Mcdonald maintained a steady pace throughout the 2025 Boulderthon Marathon, finishing with a time of 3:56:44 and an overall pace of 9:02 min/mile. Notably, Frankie held the 11th place for much of the race in the M45-49 division, demonstrating competitiveness within the group. Some impressive splits included miles 5 and 6, both completed in 6:59, which were standout performances on Frankie's part. While Frankie showed endurance and was able to maintain a consistent position, there were a few opportunities for pacing improvements in later miles, particularly between miles 22 and 25, where split times exceeded 11 minutes.
