Consistent Start, Challenging Finish Geoffrey Kim displayed a strong start in the 2025 Boulderthon Marathon, maintaining an impressive pace below 8:40 min/mile for a significant portion of the race. His first half was marked with excellent pacing, with the early splits showcasing times of 8:40, 8:26, and 8:50 min/mile. Notably, Geoffrey achieved a swift split of 5:18 min/mile at mile 5, reflecting his capability to push the pace when necessary. By mid-race, he held steady, achieving multiple negative splits around 8:20 min/mile, positioning him well. In the later stages, Geoffrey faced some challenges as the pace began to waver, particularly from mile 20 onwards, where times extended to 9:02, 10:05, and eventually 10:04 min/mile. Despite these difficulties, finishing strong with an elapsed time of 3:49:22 is commendable.
