Consistent Pacing with a Strong Finish Lisa Harwardt demonstrated consistent pacing during the 2025 Boulderthon Marathon. Starting with a steady 9:56 min/mile for the first mile, her pace varied slightly but remained close to the 10-minute mark. Notably, the ninth mile marks her quickest at 9:04 min/mile, showcasing her ability to maintain speed at different stages of the race. Across the 26.2 miles, Lisa maintained an average pace of 10:13 min/mile, finishing with a total time of 4:27:49. Despite a slight slowdown around miles 21 and 22, where paces were 13:00 and 11:41 min/mile respectively, Lisa regained her momentum in the final stretch. Her final three miles were considerably faster, with consistent sub-10:10 min/mile splits.
