Consistent Pace and Strong Finish Highlight Performance Siggy maintained a commendable consistency throughout the 2025 Boulderthon Marathon. Beginning strong with an 8:59 min/mile pace in the first mile, there was an expected pace fluctuation early on as seen in mile 4, where the pace briefly dropped to 12:27 min/mile. However, Siggy quickly recovered, hitting a pace under 9 min/mile in subsequent miles. A standout moment was the acceleration in mile 5 with a rapid split of 7:06 min/mile, repeated in mile 6. This speed boost contributed to significant climbs in placement, as Siggy progressed from 560th to a final position of 343rd overall. The strong finishing stretch, maintaining approximately an 8:39 min/mile pace for the last several miles, was impressive. While the final mile dipped to a 10:29 min/mile pace, Siggy's overall average pace of 8:50 min/mile denotes a disciplined and capable effort in the 2678-participant field.
