Consistent Start, Challenging Finish Shawn Hellmann showcased a strong start at the 2025 Boulderthon Marathon, maintaining a steady pace through the initial segments. From mile 1 to mile 5, he clocked consistent times around the 8:50-9:05 min/mile mark. His performance in the M45-49 division was promising, moving from 24th to 11th place by mile 5. As the race progressed, Shawn's pace slowed in the latter miles. Mile 17 saw a pace drop to 10:21 min/mile, which continued to decrease through mile 23, clocking a 12:21 min/mile. Nevertheless, Shawn maintained a strong placement, finishing 28th in his division out of 830 participants, with an overall time of 4:23:51.
