Steady Start, Strong Mid-Race, Slower Finish Michael Davenport demonstrated a strong start in the Boulderthon Marathon with the first three miles averaging a pace just faster than 9:05 min/mile, boosting him to an impressive 503rd place among male participants by mile 3. The split at mile 5 was particularly notable (5:23 min/mile), propelling him to 308th place in the male gender category. His effort was consistent through mid-race, maintaining a pace close to his initial pace. Between miles 3 and 10, Michael saw only slight fluctuations in his form and maintained a respected position of 570th among male runners. In the latter stages, Michael faced a decrease in pace, most notably during split 24 at a 16:36 min/mile. Overall, finishing with an average pace of 10:20 min/mile across the marathon distance placed him 166th in the M25-29 division.
