Consistent Start With Opportunities for Refinement Ashlyn Foss completed the 2025 Boulderthon Marathon with a total time of 4:26:35 and an average pace of 10:10 min/mile. Notable strength was shown in the first five miles, with a particularly strong performance in mile 5 at a pace of 5:29 min/mile, significantly faster than her overall average pace. This mile notably improved her standing, moving her up to 17th in her division. The latter stages of the marathon presented room to maintain earlier pace levels, as indicated by longer split times. For instance, the final mile was completed in 13:23, the slowest pace of the race. Encouragingly, Ashlyn can benefit from focusing on endurance to sustain earlier momentum throughout the later miles.
