Consistent Start, Challenging Finish Lauren showed promising consistency in the initial stages of the Boulderthon Marathon. Her early splits were impressive, maintaining a strong pace under 8 minutes per mile across the first three miles. She started the race with a solid pace at 7:52 min/mile and managed to improve on that slightly by mile 2 with 7:46 min/mile. Despite a slight increase in pace time to 8:03 min/mile at mile 3, she maintained her rank in her division consistently, reflecting balanced pacing and strategy. In the latter part of the marathon, Lauren's pace experienced a gradual increase, finishing with an overall pace of 9:48 min/mile. Notable is the shift in pace from 9:31 min/mile at mile 14 to a challenging 13:13 min/mile at mile 22. Constructively, focusing on maintaining endurance during the later miles could be beneficial. Despite this, her dedication from start to finish demonstrates strong perseverance, with a notable completion time of 4:16:56.
