Fastest mile: 7:18 (mile 2); strong rebound at mile 5 in 7:23 after 7:40 at mile 4. From miles 17–18: 9:19/9:37; slowest mile 24 in 11:54; closed mile 26 in 10:10. Prior half: 1:43:18 (7:53). Coaching notes: Aim to cap the first 10K near goal marathon pace to limit late fade; early 7:18–7:40 segments exceeded the 8:48 average.
