Initially starting strong with a first split at an 8:21 pace, TR remained steady in the top tier for both females and her age division throughout the race. The marathon presented an opportunity to analyze split times, particularly the shifts that occurred from mile 7 onward. Notably, TR's pace notably decreased after mile 13, with splits extending to over 11 minutes per mile at certain points in the latter half.
