Consistent & Improving Finish Lilly Tuck achieved a strong performance at the 2025 Boston 10K for Women, completing the 10K with an overall time of 33:48 and an average pace of 5:27 min/mile. Despite starting off at 5:21 min/mile for the first mile, her pace slightly but consistently increased over each mile. Notably, her best overall positions were at mile two and the finish, both ranking 7th. Her steady performance is reflected by her placement within her age division, F20-29, where she moved from 5th early on to 3rd mid-race, finishing 5th. Her ability to maintain a competitive and consistent pace, finishing 5th in her division and 9th overall against a field of 5642 participants, is commendable. For further improvement, maintaining initial pacing strategies and fine-tuning later splits could be beneficial, enabling more uniform pacing throughout the race.
