Consistent Performance With Strong Finishes Caroline Falcone completed the 30K race at the 2025 Vacation Races | Bryce Canyon Ultras with an elapsed time of 3:53:48. Averaging a pace of 12:24 min/mile over 18.85 miles, Caroline secured 22nd place overall and 10th among female participants out of 268 overall entrants. A promising highlight was her performance between mile markers Proctor Canyon 1 and Proctor Canyon 2; she completed the 0.64-mile segment with an impressive pace of 8:40 min/mile. Caroline started strong, maintaining 41st overall and 16th in her gender after the first mile with a pace of 11:36 min/mile. The initial segments showcased her brisk pace, holding 11th place for females at the Proctor Canyon 1 checkpoint with an 11:02 min/mile pace. Although there was a noticeable slow down during the Monster Mash section with a pace of 15:40 min/mile, her ability to improve toward the end affirms her strong finish strategy. Focusing on maintaining mid-race consistency could refine her overall performance.
