Consistent Pace Yields Top Divisional Finish Joshua maintained a steady performance throughout the 2025 Bridge to Brews 10K, finishing with an overall time of 44:46 and an average pace of 7:13 min/mile. His consistent pace across the first four miles, ranging from 7:04 to 7:23 min/mile, showcases his ability to maintain speed over distance. Significantly, Joshua achieved a 2nd place finish in his M45-49 division, a testament to his competitive edge. Notably, Joshua's strongest split came in the second mile, clocking in at 6:53 min/mile. Although moderate deceleration was observed in miles five and six, with paces of 7:36 and 7:28 respectively, his overall performance remained solid. With 934 participants, Joshua secured a noteworthy 24th place overall and 21st among males. Continuing to focus on pace management in the later stages of races could further strengthen his performance.
