Consistent Pace with Progressive Improvements Sean demonstrated a steady performance in the 2025 Bridge to Brews 5K, showcasing notable improvements with every mile. Starting at an 8:38 min/mile pace for the first split, he improved to 8:08 min/mile in the second and ultimately reached a 7:54 min/mile pace in the final mile. This consistent increase in speed reflects strong endurance and pacing skills. Completing the race with an overall time of 25:43 and an average pace of 8:08 min/mile, Sean placed impressively within his division. Out of 434 participants, he secured a remarkable 20th overall and 5th in the M35-39 category. For future races, working on maintaining that faster final mile pace consistently could be beneficial. Overall, excellent performance and pacing, particularly in the final stretch.
