Consistent Pace Defines Performance Anne Stratman, at 27 years of age from Lincoln, Nebraska, participated in the 2025 Lemonade Dash - Austin, completing the 10K event with a total elapsed time of 52:41 and an impressive average pace of 8:43 min/mile. Her performance was consistent across splits, starting with an initial mile at 8:43 pace. Notably, Anne achieved her fastest splits of 8:31 min/mile from the fourth mile onward, displaying strong pacing strategy in the latter half of the race. Throughout the 10K, Anne improved her standing, finishing 9th overall and 3rd in both the female category and her age division. Her ability to progressively quicken her pace is commendable.
