Ghulam's splits show a steady pace: he started strong with an 8:39 min/mile in the first mile and maintained around a 9:00 min/mile pace for the remainder of the race. His impressive effort earned him a 2nd place finish in the M Masters 40+ division. Notably, Ghulam gained momentum in the latter half, overtaking competitors and improving his standings, finishing 12th overall and 7th in his gender category by the end.
