Join us at Alta View Hospital on July 17 for a running lecture and a free entry raffle. The lecture will be given by emergency medicine nurse and long-time runner, Jenn Newman. Jenn will speak in depth about nutrition and hydration, and a Q&A session will follow with her and a Big Cottonwood Race Director.
