RUNNING LECTURE & RACE GIVEAWAY!

As a reminder, the second of two medical running lectures will be held next week on Thursday, August 14 at Alta View Hospital in Sandy, UT. The lecture will be given by Dr. Joseph Fyans, who specializes in physical medicine and rehabilitation.

Dr. Fyans will also answer any running-related questions you may have, and there will be a Q&A session a Big Cottonwood Race Director as well. We will also raffle off a free entry to the race. If you've already signed up and win we'll refund your entry. We'll see you there!
